Nikon Monarch Binoculars are on the top of my Dad’s wish list for his up and coming 75th birthday and by God that is what I am going to purchase for him. There is a huge birthday bash being planned by the family and long time friends for this momentous occasion, in celebration of him making it 75 years on this earth and my Mom will be right there with him partying on!

Nikon has had my Dad’s business for years for so many things that he has needed through out all of these years and a nice set of these binoculars that are 100% Waterproof, Fog proof, Shockproof and are made of a ultra-rugged, rubber-armored, roof-prism design, that he has always heard and read about and I think that it is about time that he gets a pair. He and my mother are avid bird watchers and are always looking for a good pair of binoculars that will allow them to gaze at all of the beautiful birds that they have attracted to their front, side and backyards over the years.

It is clear that you can’t really pick your neighbors. When we first moved here the neighbors were pretty cool. But as a heart attack claimed the life of one, his mate moved away and tenant after tenant has come and gone. For the most part they have been fairly easy to get along with, yet the neighbor on the other side of my house has turned into one big pain in the backdoor type of neighbor. I have a little bitty runt of a shitzu dog that uses our back yard for a toilet, yet this guy I catch throwing some Great Dane’s morning constitutional into my front yard yelling how he, “saw”, my dog do it! I swear, some people really are stupider then they look!

My wife and I have been thinking about getting a puppy and making it part of our family since our kids are grown up and out of the house and all of the animals went with them when they left.  I had talked to my brother in-law about it and he told me to make sure it a safe breeder puppy, which I wasn’t completely clear on how to do what he was talking about, but when I asked him, he told me to go onto the Internet and to google the words puppy mills and read up on the subject. So I did and I found that you can learn so much about what you can look for, and what kind of things you should find out before you go to the store and see a cute puppy, purchase it and walk out. You can save hundreds, maybe even thousands of dollars just by taking the time to do a bit of research, and of course with the Internet it can’t get much easier than that.

The wife asked me to come over to the PC and take a long at something that she had found extremely entertaining, I was thinking that she had received another funny joke through her email, as she does have a lot of folks that email her stuff like that, and wanted to share it with me. So I went on over and found that she had brought up a web-site that has sells a great selection of costumes and while looking through the site she found a costume that she thought immediately that I would have the nerve to wear called “Hung like a Horse” check it out.

I have to admit, it is a cleaver idea and believe me I would have seriously considered wearing something like that 25 years ago, but I’m afraid the years have mellowed me out just a bit.

This site has some of the best Halloween costumes that I have seen, and from what I can tell they look like quality made outfits for a reasonable price. And of course the wearing of costumes isn’t limited strictly to Halloween anymore so they have everything from A to Z for for any type of costume wearing occasions. They even have a lot of those furry mascot costumes that those poor folks have to wear, that I’m sure they are miserably hot and sweaty in. I even saw a great Mr. & Mrs. Snowman outfit that would be great to wear at Christmas time or in a parade even. And the outfits that they have for your pets to wear are pretty hilarious also, I must add. 

The wife mentioned something about her learning from a co-worker that there is a secret HAUNTED HOUSE backdoor on the website that gets people a great discount, I remember what she said “Upi go to the homepage about halfway down on the right where you click on the brown comma in where it reads “Our Store now has over 8,000 masquerade items for you to choose from!”
