The girls got back a little while ago from the cheerleader tryouts. Seems that on their way there the wife got lost and went way past the place. Can’t really tease her about it though, it is a difficult place to find, especially since she’d never been there and it’s not exactly visible from the road you need to be on to get there. Easy to see from the main Interstate, heck ya can’t miss it, but it is directly in between two exits, neither of which are very informational, yet either of which you could actually take, but they went down the county road which goes right by it, only you just have to know where to turn to find it. But the good news is, she made it without a hitch and they came home happy and bringing food!

I found a great on-line discount software company that I had heard about from a buddy of mine that knows a bit about computers,” enough to be dangerous” as he puts it.  He had told me about how he was reading their blog that they have just recently started and it helped him located some software that he had been looking for and was having a hard time finding in the stores around here. I’m surprised that he even attempted looking around from store to store when he spends so much time on the computer, but who knows with him.

I myself have been pricing the Microsoft Office 2007 OEM with media software for some time now and I looked to see if they offered it and I was happy to see that they have it at a reasonable price. I have bookmarked it for further consideration. It is something that the wife has been wanting and she has a birthday coming up and I think she would be happy to receive to this software instead of something for the kitchen or the likes.

The wife just left with our youngest for try-outs, she has been a competition cheer leader since the age of five and had to drop out over a year ago due to health reasons. But she is doing better and has decided to get back into the sport and now has to try-out, she is nervous and very excited. I’m sure she will do well and can’t wait for them to get back to tell me the news!

It has been awhile since the wife and I have had any real time to ourselves, and we’ve been thinking about getting away for a few days, maybe even take the whole week somewhere. We haven’t been to Mexico in years and I’d like to see the Sea of Cortiz again. Such a beautiful place and perfect for a little romance. So now I’m going for a Mexico beach rental where we can overlook the sand and sea and get to know each other all over again.

So much to consider what with us maybe starting the week with a little scuba diving and and then maybe even some para sailing. We could go sailing or just do a little deep sea fishing or even take a little cruise, (which I’m sure the wife would just flip about). One thing for sure is that every night we’re out I’m going to want to end the day with a relaxing massage! She wants “romantic”, and I intend to sweep her clean off her feet with one wildly romantic vacation!
