Kudo’s to the kids

I was thinking about going into town and getting my pickup washed and detailed, but when I stepped out the door the kids were actually washing my truck and the family car too! I was also nearly knocked off my feet when I realized that they were cleaning the inside as well. I hadn’t even mentioned that the vehicles needed washing or that I intended to take them to the car wash either. They just took it upon themselves to do something nice that looked like it needed to be done. I was so proud of them I took the whole family out for ice-cream sodas and then to, “The Mall!”. Well, I think they deserved to have a little fun. And I get to look at all the pretty girls that work at the mall as well.
