Week-end homework project
The homework assignment for one of our teen-agers this week-end is for her to go through the motions of learning to run and operate a small business of their choosing and she chose the Food Industry. She tells me that since she has waitressed a few times that she would have some inside knowledge of this subject . In researching for this project they are encouraged to use the Internet as much as possible as one of many useful and much needed tools for the project, no problem there.
The subject of applying for Restaurant Business Loans is going to be a large part of the business plan process and by going on-line she/we had no trouble finding a great web-site: www.advancerestaurantfinance.com that has proved to be very useful in talking about the various solutions for merchants that they have to offer like in providing short term, working capital for merchants and they state that they do not increase your loan payments as your sales increase, which was a practice of something that my kid wasn’t even aware being in existence. I have to admit that I was learning things along side of my kid as we were reading about this company that advertises that their application process is simple, and that their financing options are flexible.
This is a company in operation since 2001, by the name of Advance Restaurant Finance (ARF) and they are a licensed finance lender and limited liability company based out of California.
My daughter was impressed that they specialize in restaurants & retailers with less than perfect credit, which she knows is a major topic these days and is very important when trying to open up a new business venture while being very young in age.
